0 My understanding of depreciated Indian Rupees

My tryst with economics is always resulted in confusion. The popularity of iPhone helped in increasing the share value of Apple. A national and/or international politics increases or decreases the confidence level of a company which in turns also increases or decreases its share value. It is the emotion of human being responsible for the popularity of a product or the politics within a country. So, is "emotional state of human being" really controls the market? If this is so then the collective emotions of humanity at large is responsible for increase in dollar rupees ratio. Then why should we blame our dearest Prime Minister?
Other side of the story is India has been always importing more than its export value. Therefore we spend more dollars in importing materials than whatever dollar we earn from exporting. Government policy is not favorable for export. On top of that; we spend 30% of our annual budget in importing defense goods alone. I am not able to understand if we can build missiles then why we spend our hard earned dollar in export of cheap items like spectles, jackets, head gears, parachute, shoes, rifles, trivial electronic items, small vans, trucks etc from a country like Check Republic. To save dollar and to strengthen our rupee why cannot we build them here?

Is it so that 30 crores of Indian youths are not competent enough to build these cheap items? Or it is an arrangement by politicians to keep the middlemen involved in defense deal always happy? It doesn’t require any explanation why our politician always wants to keep middlemen happy and reason of why we cannot build shoes, rifles, trivial electronic items etc in country itself?
